Refund Policy

At CipherQuest Rooms, we strive to deliver thrilling and memorable experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, so please review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth booking process.

1. Cancellation of Bookings

We are happy to reschedule your escape room experience if you contact us at least 3 days before your booking. Reschedule requests within 48 hours of the game time will incur a small rescheduling fee.

3. No-Shows

If your group does not show up for your scheduled game without prior cancellation, no refund or reschedule will be provided.

4. Technical or Operational Issues

In the rare event that your session is disrupted due to a technical or operational failure on our part, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.

5. Group and Event Bookings

For private events or group bookings (10+ players), cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Partial refunds or credits may be offered for cancellations made 3–6 days before the event.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
